The mirror of hope, the reflection of love, the shine of good luck and the fireworks of luxury were the main components of the unforgettable Night of Golden Mirrors, which began the new year 2007 in Golden Garden Club.

The fairy tale of transformations and surprises was full of New Year spirit, as Snow Maidens, Gold Masks and RIO New Year by Anfey Ballet performed their dances, Larisa Sazonova played her jazz hits, Anna Mikhailova showcased her stylish fashions, Fire Theater flashed its fiery show and Golden Grandfather Frost and Golden Snow Maiden led a dance around the Christmas tree. F. M. Dostoyevsky Restaurant provided new year culinary delights. After listening to the New Year message by President Putin, the spectators watched their favorite films on plasma TV screens. Coming in handy were the toasts from the show’s host Maxim Bryzgalin, a Best Man Pageant, and a song round-robin game for women. The most active participants received prizes from Madam Grande Beauty Palace, Korloff Jewelry Boutique, Tigoda, Zhemchuzhina Nevy and many others. The youngest guest of the Golden Country won his own Sony Ericsson cell phone.

Three-dimensional stage sets from Lenfilm Studios and the mirror gallery in the lobby and the lobby bar concealed the magic rooms for men and women until 2 a.m. From 2 to 3 a.m. the men watched Bella Leone dance surprises from golden amazons, and the women went to the Presidential Suite of Golden Country Boutique Hotel to enjoy a session with a fashion photographer wearing Korloff jewelry.

Favorite hits by Sergey Trofimov added a lyrical note to the hymn of simple human joys of the new year celebration. After his performance Natalya Novitskaya and her talented Israeli performance routine started a dance-floor drive, which continued through 8 a.m. This served a testimony of how successful the event was for organizers and how much fun the guests had. This is something that each of us in particular and the city as a whole lacks right now.
